Vinifera B

Proanthocyanidinic tannin, with the same polyphenolic profile as the wine. It fails, through the formation of stable complexes with anthocyanins, to stabilize permanently the colour by condensation reactions of acetaldehyde.

It preserves the wine organoleptic and olfactory properties intact, bringing a delicate fresh fruit scent and increasing considerably the fullness and roundness feeling.
