The low roasting degree, to which it is subject, allows this tannin to retain a high amount of natural polysaccharides.
Soft, sweet taste; fine vanilla, liquorice, coffee, toasted and balsamic scent. Ellagic tannin of highest quality, particularly appreciated for the pleasant aromatic notes and its strong softness and sweetness sensations.
Ideal for the pre-bottling finishing of red and white wine, with or without aging in wood.
