Robur Passec

Ellagic tannin in fluid form, extracted from wood of different origins, mostly oak. It improves the structure; helps make more complex the wine bouquet.
Studied for well-structured wines or for wines with the need to highlight the aging and raisining notes. Particularly for light raisined wines, it allows stabilize raisining notes and increase the fruity sensations.
