Robur Fruit
Polysaccharide mixture based on tannin, extracted from wood, flowers and cane fruits, particularly rich in aromatic components. An innovative extraction process with low processing temperatures, to maintain unaltered the organoleptic characteristics and the reactivity of the molecule, retaining a particularly high antioxidant power.
Dual action
- Organoleptic: fixes primary and secondary aromas and protects against oxidation, increasing persistence, complexity and intensity.
- Chemical: it stabilizes the combined SO2 (SO2-acetaldehyde-tannin bridge) and helps protect free SO2.
