Life Red
Particularly indicated for vinification of red grapes. Its mannoprotein content favours the production of soft wines. Mannoproteins bind to tannins and create macromolecules, giving us a softness and sweetness sensation.
It protects the colouring substance against oxidation and attenuates the astringency of tannins. It promotes the production of fruity, fresh, soft, velvety and full-bodied wines.
