Clar VTVS
Particular and innovative product studied and developed for the absorption of mercaptans and all molecules creating olfactory defects in finished wine. Indicated for the elimination of unpleasant odours and defects of finished wine. If used before clarification, it eliminates all unpleasant odours of finished wine; if used after clarification or during the finishing phase, it allows to finish the final aromatic complexity of wine.
Selective absorption, other fermentation aromas or other positive aromatic molecules are not involved.
If used in combination with other clarifiers, it helps stabilize polyphenols, having a synergistic action with non-protein origin adjuvants.
