Thanks to its high antioxidant power and the synergism of its components, POLI OX prevents wine alterations caused by contact with air, particularly colour breakdown. It quickly reduces the dissolved oxygen in wine and prevents the formation of iron-based complexes, which can cause undesired turbidity and precipitations.

Its particular composition guarantees the lowering of the oxide-reduction potential with a consequent prolonged reducing action. The properties complex of POLI OX allows the maintenance of colour, brilliance and of the original bouquet of finished wine, even after long storage. Indicated for the treatment of each type of wine, particularly for high-value wines, where it is necessary to maintain the chemical-physical characteristics of the finished product.

It is an indispensable product also for the treatment of low-alcohol and low-acid wines.
