Zima blanc plus
At pH 3,5 stabilized product, its action is linked to the ambient temperature and contact times. The low pH of the must improves its efficiency and its activity; it is not affected by alcohol or by sulphur dioxide at commonly used doses.
APPLICATIONS: clarification of white musts high in pectin. Suitable for static refinement.
By good compacting of lees, it facilitates the vacuum filtration.
