At pH 3,5 stabilized product, its action is linked to the ambient temperature and contact times. The low pH of the must improves its efficiency and its activity; not affected by alcohol or by sulphur dioxide at commonly used doses.

APPLICATIONS: clarification of white musts high in pectin. Suitable for static refinement.
