It gives the treated wine clarity and freshness, eliminates the bitter taste and improves, at the same time, the filterability. Clarifier for finishing with specific reactivity with oxidized and oxidizable phenolic and with some polysaccharides of fine lees; it improves compaction, influencing positively the organoleptic characteristics of wine.
