Filtragum Protection "M"
It reacts with the components, which may oxidize the wine, particularly acetaldehyde, dissolved oxygen, and prevents the initiation of a chain reaction by acting on the intermediate radicals, inhibiting other oxidation reactions, oxidizing itself.
On oxidized wines, it combines the oxidized components, creating bonds with esters and isoprenoids, making the olfactory component cleaner and eliminating oxidation. It also acts as colloidal stabilizer, preventing turbidity and precipitation. It improves the softness, roundness and balance of white, red and rosé wines.
Due to its low clogging effect, it is recommended during pre-bottling or during the bottling, dosing FILTRAGUM PROTECTION M after microfiltration with volumetric dosers.
