It guarantees the taste stability and eliminates the bitter taste, aging and oxidative alterations.

It prevents “browning” and “pinking” of white wines and red wines from turning orange.

If used in combination with other clarifiers helps stabilize polyphenols, having a synergistic action with protein origin adjuvants.
