Zima Rouge

Purified enzymatic preparation with pectolytic and hemicellulase activity, to obtain more balanced and coloured wines. Particularly indicated for red grape maceration, due to the high extractive capacity of anthocyanins and of skin tannins, which allow the production of well-structured and balanced wines.
