Particularly indicated for the fermentation of structured white wines, diffusing its aromatic and high-value notes. Distinctive white flowers and fruit, especially tropical fruits, sensations. It creates fullness and volume sensations, being a very good polysaccharides producer.

APPLICATIONS: Yeast for the fermentation of structured white musts. Excellent for Chardonnay, to increase the varietal notes.
