Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, this yeast is the result of accurate selections characterized by high resistance to alcohol; indicated for the fermentation of fresh or dried grapes with a high sugar content to increase the varietal aromas. It is also indicated for cold maceration and fermentation. Excellent for refermentations.
