Enervin Pre Plus
If dosed at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, it provides an amino acids pool, growth factors and vitamins allowing a rapid start of fermentation, without raising its speed too much.
Its intake of thiamine during the initial stages of fermentation increases the fermentation capacity of yeasts, limiting the formation of alpha-ketoglutaric acid, considered responsible for the SO2-combination. The derived wines are better protected against oxidative phenomena and against biological alterations, having a higher free SO2 content. ENERVIN PRE PLUS improves the sugar transport system of yeast cells with the detoxifying action of short-chain fat acids.
