Activator with balanced action for its ability to purify musts, detoxifying yeasts and at the same time providing the right amount of nutrients. It allows the yeast to preserve the efficiency of the plasma membrane, regularizing the fermentation performance until the end of the process.

APPLICATIONS: fermentation of white, red, rosé musts and re-fermentation. Better if used at a third / half of alcoholic fermentation.
