Used for aromatic cleaning of red wines after fermentation. Particularly it removes odours, attenuates herbaceous hints, and enhances the young fruitiness. The moderate intake of structure make Robur Mitis the ideal tannin for the treatment of wines to preserve the natural lightness characteristics and the ease of consumption.
During the fermentation it helps to fix the colour, highlighting the fruity and floral notes, eliminating molecules responsible for reduced and oxidized smell. During the racking and ageing, it allows to maintain the proper redox potential, avoiding odour deviations.
