Bio Fish Fine
It consists of collagen, extracted from the traditional source, it is used as specific clarifier for white, red and rosé high-value wines. It confers to the treated wine clarity and freshness, eliminating the bitterness and at the same time improving the filterability.
Finishing clarifier, due to its specific reactivity with oxidized and oxidizable polyphenols and with some polysaccharides of the fine lees improving the compaction; it influences positively the organoleptic characteristics of wines.
