Clarifier for cleaning and stabilization of wines particularly indicated to remove oxidized phenolic substances and excess tannins.

It reduces substantially the bitterness and astringency sensation and improves the olfactory freshness. For its fineness, it can be used in light and structured white wines, also wood-aged wines, where tannin is perceived as too high or too bitter.
