Completely vegetable non-allergenic clarification adjuvant, exempt from the obligation to carry on label. It removes astringency, the bitter taste of red wine.
Its action rounds the wine structure, respecting its typicity and improving the aromatic notes. Due to its fineness it can also be used in white structured and light, also wood-aged, wines, where tannin is perceived as too high or too bitter.
