Vinifera Bio
Proanthocyanidinic tannin, with an identical polyphenolic profile to that of wine. By condensation reactions with acetaldehyde, it creates stable complexes with anthocyanins and preserves the organoleptic and olfactory properties of the wine unaltered, bringing a delicate fresh fruit scent. It increases considerably the fullness and roundness sensations.
APPLICATIONS: Polyvalent tannin, it can be used for fermentation or for racking of red wines for the colour stabilization or with antioxidant properties in white wines. In refinement, it is used in white and red wines to increase the volume, softness and corposity.
